Successful completion at BAE Systems

In its latest high-profile development, MG Barkers have completed a full fit-out of vacant premises for BAE Systems at Preston, enabling the client to re-house three of its administrative departments on one site. Following interior design

and space planning, structural work involved new suspended ceilings, ventilation and fire detection system, passenger lift upgrade and a complete new electrical infrastructure.

The £1.3m project also included refitting furniture and equipment, decoration and flooring, external landscaping, lighting and security systems, moves management and post-completion support.
