What does an office fit-out project entail? Firstly we need to understand your key business drivers, how much space you need and conduct a workplace study. From this we devise the project brief. Once your needs are established, our design team start working on the initial site survey, build some design options and develop specifications. Our estimating team then develop the cost plan. A draft programme will also be prepared for discussions. Once everything is approved, the site works commence. You will be regularly updated on site progress, cost management, quality management and health and safety issues. Once completed, we hand over the building with our full operation and maintenance manuals.
Do you operate on a national basis? Yes. Our head office is based in the North West of England, we have a southern office based in Hampshire and our Business Managers operate throughout the UK. Can you advise us where we have the option of staying in our existing building or moving to a new office space? Yes. Firstly we carry out a workplace study to establish your current and future business needs. Based on these findings we establish a workplace profile and discuss the findings with you. We offer advice on effective design and space planning and provide budgeted refurbishment costs for your existing office space.
