The Project

Already occupying the entire fourth floor of the prestigious Port of Liverpool Building on the waterfront, Rathbones acquired the third floor to facilitate continued expansion, giving a total occupation of over 40,000 sq. ft.

MG Barkers were engaged in a consultative process with the client and their appointed architect, leading to the supply of a complete range of contemporary, high specification furniture. The lead product

recommended was the NEO Evolution systems desk with shared components. This created clearer work surfaces and smaller overall workstation sizes, thereby significantly improving space usage. The project value was £408K.
